WHAT OUR CLIENTS HAVE TO SAY...
Our relationship with Winvalley Contracting began in the early 1980's when they built our showroom in Pickering, Ontario. Since then our relationship has continued as they completed two more major projects on our behalf, an extensive update of our Pickering facility and in the past year the construction of a new showroom at 1055 Bay Street in Toronto. At Binns, our clients expect quality workmanship and attention to detail which Winvalley readily provided on our projects. Our relationship with them throughout the process was excellent, communication strong with both on site and office staff, truly collaborative efforts with a "team approach" which we value highly. There is a firm understanding of our goals and needs and we appreciate the solid working relationships Winvalley has with sub trades on their projects.

(Winvalley Contracting) provided Unilock with excellent support and service in the areas of construction, engineering, building permits and site approvals. The timely completion of projects has been a major factor in our ability to move forward with new product development, helping Unilock maintain its position as an industry leader.
--- Aaron Bailey, Plant Manager, Unilock
(Winvalley’s) dedication to customer satisfaction and quality work is at the highest level. We find all personnel associated with the organization to be team players focused on achieving the best value for their clients. We have also found that the working relationships which they develop with their subcontractors on each project are professional and underpinned with genuine goodwill.
We have recently had Winvalley perform on the provision of a barrier-free access lift installation and associated renovations for First Baptist Church, Oshawa in 1999, and on a gymnasium and classroom addition to the Toynevale Road, Pickering location of the Blaisdale Montessori School in 2002. Both projects involved sensitive installations in existing buildings that continued to operate programs through the construction schedules. Both assignments were completed to the full expectations of the clients.

The largest project that we (Lofthouse Brass) have undertaken is our new 48,000 square foot facility on Hopkins Street, Whitby. This was a major undertaking due to the complexity of our manufacturing process in which special site considerations had to be considered and the fact that the new building had to be built on the existing site without impacting production needs.
Winvalley were involved from building design to interior decorating. Throughout the project, Winvalley exhibited excellent quality of workmanship, exceptional communication and outstanding skill in interpreting our ideas into reality. Timelines were met and there were no budgetary surprises.
The staff at Winvalley Contracting was easy to deal with, and understood and followed our Health and Safety procedures. We are thrilled with our new facility and we have had nothing but compliments from visitors.
--- Phil Holder, VP & General Manager, Lofthouse
